You stay in charge
You’ll hand over one kind of work at a time, and take it back any time.
SörgOS is being built around one idea: you will decide what it may do. It will send only what you approved: a message, a wording, or a kind of work you handed over. And it will keep a record of all of it.
Hand-over
Trust it will earn, one kind of work at a time.
Every kind of work, say acknowledging new enquiries, will start with your yes on each item. Once you have approved a long run of them with little or no change, SörgOS will offer to do that kind on its own. It will still ask when it is unsure, and you will be able to take it back with one tap.
Always yours
Some decisions will never leave your hands.
A change to a supplier’s bank details will always come to you, with a reminder to call them on the number you already have. Spam, payment-link scams and requests to change bank details will go to a junk pile.
- It is being built never to promise a customer a time.
- Never to price a job.
- Never to draft a cancellation unless you ask.
- And never to follow instructions written inside a message.
Away and stop
One switch will hold everything.
Going on leave? Away mode will pause your check-ins, keep sending the acknowledgements you approved, and hold everything else. Stop everything will hold it all, acknowledgements too, until you switch it off.
History
Everything on record, with the reason.
Everything done, by SörgOS, by your staff or by you, will be in one history with the reason it was done. Records will be kept so they can’t be edited or deleted. You will be able to flag any of them for a second look, and every check-in will be kept word for word.
Your team
A team that will be accountable, not watched.
You’ll give each person the limits that fit their role. Work will move along a chain you set, from assistant to manager to you: a reminder at half the target, then up the chain if it is still waiting. When someone leaves, their tasks will be handed on. And your staff will be told what is recorded about them.
